PAYMENT METHODS 

ShakeLuxe Skincare accepts credit card payments through Paypal and a separate credit card processor. Payments can be processed via Paypal without a having a Paypal account. If payment is flagged during processing for potentially fraudulent charges, the order will be canceled, refunded and the customer will be notified.

 

​ORDER CANCELLATION

We cannot cancel orders once they are submitted; however, you can refuse the package when it arrives.  Once the returned package has been received, a refund will be issued for the product total minus a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping fees will not be refunded.​​

Product Disclosure

Please note that during hot climates, our body butters may soften or melt in transit. If melting occurs, the butter will solidify again once cooled, but the texture may no longer be whipped. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.
