At ShakeLuxe Skincare, we understand the importance of quick delivery and offer free shipping on all orders over $75. We use premium packaging to ensure your products arrive safely. For orders below $75, we charge a nominal fee of $15.95.  Our shipping partners are reliable and we promise to deliver the products within 3-5 business days. However, in case of any delay, we will keep you updated via email. Orders will only be shipped out on Tuesday & Wednesday.

At ShakeLuxe Skincare, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted products. During warmer months, please be aware that our whipped body butters are heat-sensitive and may soften or melt during transit.

 

 

📦 Shipping & Handling

 

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

• Orders are shipped via standard or expedited shipping options at checkout

• We recommend selecting faster shipping methods during hot weather

 

 

🌡️ Heat Disclaimer

 

Due to high temperatures, your body butter may:

 

• Melt or soften during shipping

• Lose its whipped texture

• Appear less full once it settles

❄️ What To Do If Your Product Melts

 

If your product arrives melted:

 

1. Place it in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes

2. Allow it to return to room temperature before use

 

The texture may change, but the product will remain just as nourishing and luxurious.

 

 

🚚 Shipping Responsibility

 

ShakeLuxe Skincare is not responsible for melting due to weather conditions once the package has been shipped. By placing an order during warmer months, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
